How long does the shipping take?

Basically about 1-8 days, currently it can come to a longer delivery time due to high demand.

How much does the shipping cost?

For Germany and Austria free of charge.

For Switzerland 19,99 EUR shipping costs.

Is there a customs fee for the Swiss when importing the goods?

In Switzerland, customs duties are incurred on importation of the goods, which must be borne by the recipient. Switzerland is supplied by the shipping service provider UPS. Please note the tracking link in the order. There you can pay the customs clearance fee online via UPS.

How do I return the goods?

Please send your return request to our customer support at sales@achillesberlin.com. Our customer support will send you a free return label by e-mail. Please return the goods in the original Achilles Berlin gift box. The box does not have to be original. We only accept unused and unwashed products.

How do I complain about a product?

Please send us your complaint with a photo of your product by e-mail to sales@achillesberlin.com. We will help you as soon as possible.
